REGOLAMENTO SAN FRANCESCO MARATHON – 42K e 10K

EDIZIONE 2025

Life Running Assisi società sportiva dilettantistica a responsabilità limitata, affiliata alla Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera ("FIDAL") con codice PG100 organizza ad Assisi (Perugia) la manifestazione di atletica leggera di corsa su strada, San Francesco Marathon 2025 – 42K e 10k, inserita in Calendario Nazionale FIDAL. La gara si disputerà̀ domenica 23 novembre 2025 con partenza alle ore 9:00 circa ad Assisi  ed avrà̀ luogo in qualsiasi condizione meteorologica.

REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE ATLETI:

In base a quanto previsto dalle “Norme per l’Organizzazione delle Manifestazioni Non Stadia” emanate dalla FIDAL, possono partecipare atleti tesserati in Italia limitatamente alle persone da 20 anni in poi (millesimo d’età) per la Maratona e da 16 anni in poi (millesimo di età) per la 10km in possesso di uno dei seguenti requisiti.

• Athletes registered for FIDAL affiliated clubs in 2025
  
  
• Italian and foreign athletes in possession of a Runcard (valid as sports insurance and permission to compete) and Athletes registered for a Sports Promotion Body (Athletics Section), in possession of Runcard-EPS, limited to persons aged 20 and over in possession of a valid medical certificate of specific agonistic fitness for athletics, which must be compulsorily delivered, also digitally, to the organising clubs of each event.

• Italian/foreign athletes not registered in Italy in possession of membership of clubs affiliated to Foreign Athletics Federations recognised by World Athletics. At the time of registration, they must alternatively present self-certification of possession of the membership card recognised by World Athletics. The self-certification must then be signed in original when collecting the bib.
• Atleti stranieri non tesserati: nell’ambito della manifestazione agonistica potrà essere altresì autorizzata la partecipazione solo di cittadini stranieri non tesserati alla sezione non competitiva con finalità turistico/sportiva, limitatamente alle persone di età da 20 anni (millesimo di età: 2005) in poi. Così come evidenziato nella nota esplicativa del Ministero della Salute del 17/06/2015 relativa al Decreto del Ministero della Salute del 08/08/2014, i cittadini stranieri non sono tenuti a esibire un certificato medico ma dovranno sottoscrivere una manleva (scarica e compila la manleva) nei confronti degli organizzatori. Tali partecipanti verranno inseriti in un ordine alfabetico di arrivo distinto dalle classifiche della manifestazione agonistica e non potranno beneficiare di premi in natura, in denaro, buoni valore, bonus, ingaggi, rimborsi spese di qualsiasi natura.

BIB AND RACE BAG COLLECTION

The race bib is personal and may not be given away or exchanged. It must be attached to the chest with four pins in such a way that it is fully visible: it cannot be folded and must remain intact.

The chip will be placed on the back of the bib and must not be removed under any circumstances, on pain of exclusion from the classification.

I pettorali potranno essere ritirati dai rappresentanti delle società o dagli atleti presso l’EXPO MARATONA la cui location è presso L’Hotel TH Casa Leonori, Via Giosuè Borsi, 11/13, 06081 Santa Maria degli Angeli, Assisi (PG) nei giorni venerdì 21 novembre dalle 10 alle 19 e sabato 22 novembre dalle 10 alle 19.

Only for residents from outside the region it will be possible to collect the bib on the morning of the race until 8.15 a.m. at the start area

The event shirt is guaranteed to the first 800 registered for the marathon, the first 600 for competitive 10K and the first 300 for 10K NC.

Saranno anche premiate, con premi in natura, le prime 5 squadre per numero di partecipanti nella 10k, 21k e 42k.

N.B. In base all’articolo 38 del Regolamento Fidal, comma 4, 5, 6:
“Nelle corse su strada del Calendario Nazionale (Gold, Silver o Bronze), il 25% dei premi in denaro effettivamente assegnati ai primi classificati è riservato agli atleti italiani e "italiani equiparati" ed è cumulabile con i premi assegnati per posizione di classifica. I premi per gli italiani possono essere ridotti o azzerati secondo i seguenti parametri cronometrici:

• Maratona maschile: il montepremi del 25% può non essere assegnato per prestazioni superiori a 2h30'00.
• Maratona femminile: il montepremi del 25% può non essere assegnato per prestazioni superiori a 2h55'00.

Eventuali bonus cronometrici o prestativi di altro genere sono addizionali rispetto al montepremi. L'erogazione dei premi previsti al comma 4) è da intendersi in denaro”.

In addition, prizes in the General Classification are reserved for all FIDAL-registered athletes or foreign federations affiliated with Word Athletics.

No cash prizes (or similar: generic value vouchers, bonuses, engagements, reimbursement of expenses of any kind and for any reason whatsoever) may be envisaged for 'Runcard' holders admitted to participate in FIDAL events.

I primi tre assoluti/e sono esclusi dalle classifiche di categoria. Montepremi ed eventuali bonus saranno pagati (salvo esito antidoping) con bonifico bancario entro 60 giorni dalla competizione.

Gli atleti sono pregati di inviare fotocopia di un documento di identità, del codice fiscale e del codice IBAN per l’emissione del bonifico, all’indirizzo di posta elettronica sfmsegreteria@kolorado.it

STARTING GRIDS

Any starting grids will be announced on the official website 10 (ten) days before the event.

BAGS DEPOSIT

Each participant will receive, together with the bib number, a sticker with their bib number to be attached to their personal belongings bag.
In zona partenza saranno predisposti delle strutture dove i partecipanti, secondo il numero di pettorale, potranno consegnare le sacche indumenti; le stesse dovranno essere ritirate in zona arrivo esibendo il proprio numero di pettorale.
Saranno accettate solo sacche ufficiali dell’evento e non sacche personali di ingombro notevole quali trolley e/o valigie. Consegna tassativa AREA PARTENZA/ARRIVO: dalle ore 7,00 alle ore 8,30.
The organisation is in no way responsible for items left inside the bags.

RISTORI

In accordance with the WORLD ATHLETICS / FIDAL regulations, refreshment stations are provided at the start, finish and every 5 km along the entire route: water, supplements and solid food will be available at all refreshment stations.

RESTROOMS

Public and chemical toilets will be available at the start and finish area.

MATCH ASSISTANTS

The organisation will provide, free of charge, several groups of race assistants ('pace makers'), clearly recognisable and in charge of running the marathon at a constant pace to arrive at the finish line in the following times: 3h15 - 3h30 - 3h45 - 4h00 - 4h15 - 4h30 - 4h45 - 5h00 - 5h30 - 6h00.

MAXIMUM TIME

Il percorso sarà chiuso al traffico per un tempo massimo di ore 6,30. Gli atleti che concluderanno il percorso dopo le ore 6,30 ore saranno considerati fuori gara.

VEHICLES ON ROUTE

On the race route, due to the Prefectural Ordinance, the transit of all vehicles including bicycles will be prohibited. Violators will be stopped and punished in accordance with the law.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE - MASSAGE SERVICE

Ambulances and medical personnel are present at the start and finish areas and on the route. A massage service by specialised physiotherapists is provided.

WITHDRAWN ATHLETES

Per gli atleti che dovessero ritirarsi, tutte le postazioni di ristoro fungeranno da punti di ritrovo; da lì verranno condotti sino in zona arrivo situato in piazza della Porziuncola, Santa Maria degli Angeli (Assisi) dove potranno ritirare la loro sacca personale.

NON-PERFORMANCE

COMPLAINTS Any complaints must be made in accordance with the FIDAL and R.T.I. rules.

DECLARATION OF LIABILITY

Con la firma sulla scheda iscrizione il concorrente dichiara di conoscere e accettare il regolamento pubblicato sul sito www.sanfrancescomarathon.it e di avere compiuto 20 anni alla data del 23.11.2025.
Dichiara inoltre espressamente sotto la propria responsabilità non solo di aver detto la verità, ma di esonerare gli organizzatori da ogni responsabilità sia civile che penale per danni e/o cose da lui derivati.

PRIVACY

1. I dati personali raccolti saranno oggetto di trattamento nel rispetto dei principi di correttezza, liceità e trasparenza e di tutela della Sua riservatezza e dei Suoi diritti.
   Il trattamento potrà avvenire con modalità cartacea e mediante archiviazione automatizzata nel sistema informatico di LIFE RUNNING ASSISI ASD e di KOLORADO SAS;
2. The provision of personal data is mandatory in order to benefit from the services provided by LIFE RUNNING ASSISI ASD AND KOLORADO SAS;
3. if the athlete has given his consent on the registration form, he may also receive information of a promotional nature from both the association and its partners;
4. if you have given your explicit consent on the registration form, you may see images published that depict you in the performance of your amateur sporting activities through the communication tools deemed functional by the association;
5. the information acquired will be processed in compliance with the privacy regulations and will not be disclosed to third parties other than those in charge or responsible for processing the data, affiliating sporting bodies and CONI, except as specified in point 3 and without prejudice to the request from the judicial authorities, the Guardia di Finanza or other authorised public body;
6. The legal system (Articles 12 - 22 of the GDPR) grants you a series of rights, including, by way of example, the right to obtain the updating, rectification or integration of your data, as well as their deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking if processed in breach of the law, and the right to object to the processing of your data for commercial or promotional purposes, for sending advertising material or for carrying out market research, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor.

FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER - Penalties

The subscriber is responsible for the ownership and safekeeping of his or her race bib and acquires the right to use all the services mentioned in these regulations and subsequently communicated.

624. Chiunque, senza regolare iscrizione, partecipasse senza pettorale, oltre ad essere ritenuto responsabile di danni a persone o cose, incluso sé stesso, incorrerà in sanzioni sportive di competenza degli organi federali e potrà essere passibile delle sanzioni penali previste per il reato di “furto” (art. 624. c.p.).
625. Chiunque, senza regolare iscrizione, partecipasse con un pettorale contraffatto o comunque non conforme all’assegnazione, oltre ad essere responsabile come sopra indicato, incorrerà nelle sanzioni sportive e, inoltre, potrà essere passibile delle sanzioni penali previste per il reato di “furto” (art. 624. c.p.), ovvero, alternativamente, per il reato di “truffa” (art. 640 c.p.).

In cases a) and b), participants may be liable to the penalties provided for the offence of "failure to comply with the provisions of the Authorities" (Article 650 of the Criminal Code). The aforementioned cases will only be found after verification of photographic and/or video documentation.

FINAL WARNINGS

The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate for the better organisation of the competition, after having given notice to and obtained approval from the FIDAL.

For all matters not covered by these regulations, the technical statutory regulations of the FIDAL and the G.G.G. apply. Any changes to services, venues and times will be duly communicated to the registered athletes or will be posted on the event website: WWW.SANFRANCESCOMARATHON.IT

According to the provisions of the 'Rules for the Organisation of Non-Stadia Events' issued

by FIDAL, athletes registered in Italy may participate only if they are 18 years of age or older

(thousandth of age) possessing one of the following requirements

• Athletes registered for FIDAL affiliated clubs in 2025

All’atto dell’iscrizione dovranno in alternativa presentare l’autocertificazione di possesso della tessera riconosciuta dalla World

Athletics. L’autocertificazione andrà poi, comunque, firmata in originale al momento del ritiro del

pettorale.

LIMIT TIME: Il tempo limite è stabilito in 2h30’

ROUTE: Il percorso di 21,097 km è su unico giro, molto veloce, omologato dal gruppo giudici gara FIDAL. Il comitato organizzatore assicura il servizio medico.

There will be 3 refreshments along the route and a final refreshment.

VEHICLES ON ROUTE

Sul percorso di gara, per effetto dell’ordinanza Prefettizia, sarà vietato il transito di tutti i veicoli incluse le biciclette.

I trasgressori saranno fermati e puniti a norma di legge.

TIMEKEEPING AND RANKINGS

The measurement of times and the drawing up of rankings is carried out by ICRON; they are validated by the Technical Delegate Judge/Appellate Judge.

COMPLAINTS Any complaints must be made in accordance with the FIDAL and R.T.I. rules.
